"There is hardly any information online about this place or it’s programs other than they answer questions on low income housing and hud programs. I called for basic information and was told rather rudely I could come fill an application, I asked when was a good time to come by and was told anytime. Went right over because I really need some questions answered life has taken some turns and I don’t know where to begin and when I got there the door was locked. Called several times and was told by a woman in her truck it goes to her cellphone and I didn’t need to call her that many times she’s on lunch, I would have waited, I really need help, and you didn’t need to be so aggressive I’m calling housing authority not you personally. I obviously needed questions asked but you didn’t want to. It was demeaning in front of others in the lobby and I hope you never have to be kicked when your low."

"The worker, Ashley, was rude to my mom & I about giving information. She said I wouldn’t be approved by the housing authority nor at the Courtyard apartments because I was “too young”"
