"I am giving it 4 star overall only because rooms and bathrooms are dated which owner is in the process of remodeling. The service here from all the staff was well above 5 stars. They went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. We saw the pool and hot tub being cleaned regularly when we stayed there in second week of october for balloon festival. When every hotel was overcharging, they were kind enough to have decent price with frew parking and free american breakfast. On top of it daily housekeeping which is not even a thing in lot of high end resorts even now a days. It is one hour drive from balloon fiesta park. The room has microwave and fridge and also dining table and chair. So you can get something from Denny and walmart which are nearby and eat at home. I would recommend anyone this who is looking for a good budget place to stay."

"Room door was hard to close, 2 box spring brackets stick out 4" from the side of the bed and was painful to run into it, storm window broken. On the plus side, when we asked for a shower chair, it was quickly delivered. The breakfast was good."

"Worse experience in all my years of travel. Rooms are nothing like website. They were dark, musky and rundown. One of our bathrooms had not been cleaned, the tub was rusty and was chipping. The second room had urine and tissue in toilet when we walked in. We were so discussed we went right back to counter and checked back out. The manager Theresa was extremely rude and unprofessional and claimed that we dirtied her rooms and she would not refund us because now she would have to hire some one to come and re clean the rooms? We are still trying to get charges removed. It is my perception that she is a scam artist and the only way she keeps her hotel afloat is to cheat people. Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated with this woman and hotel. It’s the definition of ghetto!"
