"There’sa reason they have 3 stars I missed two seasons and was dropped and didn’t know for a month they’re still calling on Fridays to confirm my Saturday appointment after being dropped a month ago. I gave one paper took two weeks to sign after 4 phone calls 3 emails and two personal visits . Finally got the paper and was made to look like garbage to my employer . No sympathy no forgiveness from them. Had to move to a different business"
"my therapist (the business owner) said she couldn't assess me for suicide risk on my deceased moms bday anniversary & referred us to a hospital. Then tell me why my new therapist at heart & soul, was able to assess me? interesting. on the paper the school gave me it said that i had to be asssesed by a nurse etc or licensed therapist or counselor. Is that not what this business offers? also, when my mother died, the owner said she wouldnt charge co-payments at the time. but then, unbeknownst to us, the co-payments ended up piling up & the secretary told my dad he had to pay the co-payments or i couldnt be seen again."
"I had a therapist from this facility a couple year back and with our first session she didn't take my feelings and emotions into consideration so I stopped going. The top therapist at this facility was my mom's and sisters therapist. Last December my mom and sister were involved in tragic car accident that ended in my mom's death. The therapist at this facility came to my house and told my family that my 16 year old sister can look up to her as a second mom and she'll always be there for her and even took her out to eat. Ever since then she neglected my sisters needs and kept postponing their sessions. When it came to close to my mom's birthday, my sister had a mental breakdown at school so we contacted the therapist and she responded by dropping my sister as a client . Then a month later she sent a letter recommending other facilities she can go to. I don't recommend this facility to anyone."
"I have been a client of Journey to Wellness for several years. I am so happy with the environment, the staff, and especially my counselor! They offer zoom and phone sessions, for those who need the help and can't get out of the house. My counselor goes above and beyond to help me with all of my issues, and at one point, she asked her secretary to make sure to stay on the phone with me, because she was worried for me, and just wanted someone to stay on the phone with me. She called me the very minute that she became available! That is pure dedication! Thank you for all that you do, and I HIGHLY recommend scheduling your counseling sessions through Journey to Wellness!"
