"I was interested in getting insurance through George Gandy, so I stopped in one day so that we can have a discussion about the policies and the costs. About 15 minutes into my conversation with the insurance rep. I had asked her if I could use the restroom because I needed the restroom. The rep then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have a restroom and that I would have to go somewhere else to use the restroom. She said a very rude with no consideration. I I left to find a restroom and I never returned. If the insurance rep cared about her customers, she would’ve allowed me to use the restroom which she didn’t and that’s what made my choice of not doing business with George Gandy. It’s the little things that count."

"Had to cancel Gainso policy. Was emailing office manager back and forth for 3 days. All because it needed my signature and the Los Lunas office was closed on May 15. Also when you call you will go to any office in New Mexico and they are no help at all between Gainso and this place it all a headache that nobody needs. This was my last and final time using both places"
