"The location of this Quest is convenient for us. The woman who took our blood was extremely pleasant and good at her job. I would never consider using anywhere else for our lab work."

"This Los Lunas location was HORRIBLE. I came twice. The first time I came, she stated that they stopped doing drug screens at 2:30. It was 2:15 when I was there and I showed her the time. She said “well we took the last patient”. So I came back the next day. I brought my 3 month old baby with me who was asleep in his car seat. She said they didn’t allow children to come. There is a sign that states that “kids are welcome”. I was very disappointed with the women that worked there. They did not have good customer service, nor did they follow their own guidelines such as the time that they do drug screens or the fact that kids are welcome."

"Good luck, can't call a real person and you can sit in the lobby all you want without ever seeing someone. Check in for help at the kiosk? Ya, still doesn't matter, no one in sight to help. Even though they're open til 4 they quit drug screening at 2:30 because why not right?"

"Quest app allowed me to set an 11:40 appointment time. Drove over and found that this location is closed 11:00am to 12:00pm for lunch. Had to set a new appointment and sit in my car."
