"My family and I have enjoyed our living experience here for the most part. The management has never given us any issues and maintenance has maintained the apartments to their best ability. Unfortunately, we have experienced a few issues with the homeless roaming the area and starting fires, raccoons rummaging through garbage and the complex at night, as well as the noise from other tenants (inside noises). We understand that these issues are not pertaining to the complex itself, but have made it feel uncomfortable and unsafe at times. With the improvements management is constantly making, we did enjoy our home for the most part and have loved our apartment itself."

"This apartment complex is very poorly ran by current management. There is always trash all over the grounds and trash left by dumpsters. Weeds grow everywhere. People drive through the complex fast with children out playing. The manager always makes excuses for the poor conditions here. Rules are not enforced. The manager tells lies and blames everything on policies that aren't even given to residents. There is a huge turn over because it is not a good environment to live in due to extremely poor management."

"This is a great place to live. I would say it’s the nicest “looking” apartments in Farmington. Jessica the apartment manager is very professional and friendly! Ray the maintenance man is also quite speedy with any repairs we would need done!"
