"My first time at this local jewelry store. It's pretty high end but with a few cool less expensive pieces and some fun gift items. The staff were polite and attentive. I bought a couple fun coasters for a friend."

"We have bought several pieces of the b.tiff jewelry because it is unique. Unfortunately within the past couple of months three of the pieces broke. One the mounting fell off the ring bought on 3/2023 The second one a set of earrings stone fell off of the the mount. We were quoted 35.00 because it was purchased in 2021. When we went pick it up they had increased the price to $40.00 and said oops a mistake when we corrected them of the first quote. The third a stone fell out of the mount on the bracelet. That took more than 4 weeks to be replaced because I had to wait until the next shipment. All they could saus there is nothing we can do about it. Unfortunately I will not be back. bracelet it toobecause I had to wait until the next order bought 12/22 The third earrings"

I can't wait to get my ring in a few weeks. Absolutely worth the wait! My wedding band is still amazing 6 months later. It matches my sapphire engagement ring perfectly. Their handcrafted silver jewelry is equally lovely. I own a few pieces and they haven't tarnished or had a single problem."

"UPDATE 7/29/20 I had a ring re-welded by their jeweler, it broke the day after I picked it up. I purchased a ring from them that was sent to be sized, when I picked it up, it was a completely different band, that split in half less than a year later. It was sent to their jeweler for repair 2 weeks ago and isn't expected to be done for another 2 weeks. I've had nothing but problems with this place and will never purchase from them again. They were gracious enough & didn't charge me, and it's a good thing because less than a year later, the ring split AGAIN. What a huge disappointment their materials are."
