Everyone was extremely friendly and informative. They did want to purchase my watch as it was not a style they were interested in. Instead, they were very professional and pointed in a few different helpful directions. I left with more information and confidence about my watch than I did when I first arrived. "The owner needs to update his commercial,it states that he purchases gently used Breitling watches when he actually does NOT! Went in to possibly sell my very nice Breitling Super Avenger and he didn't even want to look at it. I had all the boxes,service paperwork, owners manual and even the original receipt of purchase from Mati here in town. Not polite at all!!"

"I have a watch that is very precious to me. It's the watch my dad gave my mom when they got married. It had been in need of minor repair for quite some time. I live in a small town and did not feel comfortable mailing it to be repaired, or even entrusting anyone with it , period. My husband and I own a small motel and Robert happened to be our guest. "I was treated horribly at this shop- and took my TAXED HARD EARNED CASH down the street and around the corner- where I was able to design a custom stunning ring. No Mr. Owner. I didn’t ask to pay “tax free” that’s ludicrous, I asked to pay cash AND TAXES ( obviously- just wanted to pay cash for the majority). I felt my offer was fair for the quality of center diamond. If it was so spectacular one of those other jewelry buyers you mentioned- would have swooped it up 6 months ago…. Anyhow, after running around to 4 banks on a Friday- since usually this amount of cash has to be ordered. Then showing up at your door with $19,000 cash ( all I could get at the bank) and willing to put the rest on my debit card something like $2000. You turned me away until I brought you a check on Monday. Absurd. BUT I’m thankful. As a result, I took my business elsewhere- and definitely got what I was out to buy, as well as was treated with the respect ANY customer deserves."
