"The head of the Omega + Tissot department, was not an expert in the watches she was tasked to sell, was rude the entire time and treated us like second class citizens once she found out that we weren’t jewelers. Being in the market for a luxury watch in the coming months, Mati left a sour taste in my mouth with regards to Omega, Oris, and Tissot. Unless you’re dressed like royalty and make your wealth known, don’t expect to be treated with respect."
