"Went in last night to get permanent jewelry for all of my daughters as part of their Christmas gift. While the jewelry is beautiful and the options are great, the experience was the real gem! The staff was beyond patient and helpful and they made the whole experience amazing for us all!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you ladies for such an great experience!"

"We went in to get bestie bracelets, during our appointment there was no one there so that was nice. The studio is so pretty, the decor and vibes were great. The girl helping us was so friendly and helpful. The only downside is that this location for permanent jewelry is VERY expensive, but compared to other studios, they claim to use genuine gold and gemstones. Over all its worth the experience if you can splurge on it."

"UPDATE TO THE UPDATE... THE TOP MANAGER CALLED ME AND SHE CORRECTED EVERYTHING AND MADE IT RIGHT... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE......,............ DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. MY Daughter anklet has broken 2 times with in a week ish of getting it welded. I spent over $600 for a lasting memory and experience with my daughter and granddaughter and myself only to have it short lived an NOT PERMANENT OR FOREVER... SO PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED. Very nice management. An a very unique experience with some you love. A tad pricey however it's the experience and memories."
