"I went into Mati and fell in love with a bracelet, it had a RED heart, I put it on layaway and came back two weeks later to take it off. When they brought it from the back the heart was not red, I even had a picture of it from my receipt and the manager literally told me it was not red, the computer made it that color, and that they didn’t switch it out. Already suspicious because I know what I saw and put on layaway. I let it go because it was still pretty. I wore the bracelet 2 times, the second time I wore it I noticed it had a small crack in it that would eventually cause it to snap and break, I called and took it back and the manager would not give me a new one, she said it had to be sent to be fixed. I didn’t pay 355$ for a broken then fixed bracelet. It had to have been broke when I got it, the manager told me you can’t squeeze it tighter, so how many people tried that bracelet on and tried to make it tighter, it is that kind of bracelet. They refused to give me a new one and refused to give me money back. I will never shop here again. Scammers"
