"It's a classic. Always very refreshing. Staff is awesome. This location is always very clean. That is surprising because I don't think the inside has been remodeled since I went to elementary school right next door at canyon lake elementary School. The flooring is original brown tile and most of the rest of the inside the wall brickwork and such is also original. I love it it gives me a very eclectic feeling. The staff is always friendly here and the service is really good. The drive-through line can look a little daunting at times, but you never really end up waiting that long because they have a lot of staff on duty. It's really the only fast food restaurant in the far west portion of Rapid City so it's a good place to get a burger or chicken strips also. The chicken strips are some of the best, they include a white country gravy that's super good."

"In the food court at the Rushmore Mall. Great, friendly, quick service. Prices were on the high side compared to other Dairy Queen locations in Rapid City and the food court. Blizzards were awesome. Food Court was clean and well maintained."

"I had to go to Dairy Queen to pick up a last minute cake when I ordered one from from Walmart and they spelled the name wrong and refused to fix it. They were not only sympathetic but they asked what I was looking for and made me a cake super quick. Love the staff."
