"My husband and I really enjoy this place and have been coming here for years. We have our 'go-to' meals, but also love how extensive the menu is if we wanna get something new. They have a variety of sushi, bento, and meal plate options. We also really enjoy their blended boba teas (try the melon) and of course the sake! It's located in the mall, so perfect if you're hungry after shopping. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. If we ever want to tweak an order (my husband prefers his soups to be half egg drop and half hot and sour) they don't seem to mind at all. Definitely recommend giving this place a try if your craving sushi! Should also point out that the prices are pretty good too!"

"Best sushi in Rapid, hands down. Worth every penny and the pricing is pretty great. Such an extensive selection of dishes to choose from, I get the salmon bento every time and the amount of salmon is always perfect. I always get extra rice because even the rice here is exquisite and addictive. Most other places in town let me down with quality after a while, but Fuji has always excelled on every level- from the warm service, to the welcoming and homey atmosphere, to the amazing food that never disappoints. I love this place so very much and I’ll come back every time I have extra $ to throw around!!! Always try something new when you go, so wonderful to experience a taste of Japan!!!"

"I ordered a couple of Sushi rolls which were both delicious. I didn't try any of their specialty rolls; however, they have a large selection of standard rolls and some that aren't specialty rolls but are a bit more unique than what you'll find at other places. Their deserts are also delicious and the Hot Sake is good. We ate here twice during our visit."

"We had an excellent experience at Fuji. Service was great, the food was excellent! We ordered sushi and loved it all. We also had a house salad, and miso soup. Both were good. We will definitely be back! Prices were appropriate for the market and quality of food. This restaurant is in the mall and we were so pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food."
