"Stefan and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job rehabbing a home in the North Valley for some homeowners I'm working with to sell their home! He's professional and very experienced but also down to earth and fun :) He was one of a couple contractors that met with us to give us a quote on doing major updates to this single owner home from the 1970s that needed some love. His creative ideas on how to make the home standout impressed us all and earned him the job, and then he followed through to make it happen with his team over the next several months. This was the largest rehab job I've ever been a part of, and they communicated well with us and truly became partners in the process. When we were down to the finishing touches, I did a walkthrough and sent Stefan a list of about a dozen small details that the owners and I felt still needed to be taken care of to really make it shine. "Stefan was super helpful! We had a roof leak that had previously been "fixed" by another company, but less than a year later the same leak was back. Stefan came out to give us an estimate on repair and talked with my husband in great detail about what the previous company missed, and give his expert and honest opinion on what it would take to fix it, saving us hundreds of dollars. "Here is the deal, I had several leaks in my roof, and called Stefan for a estimate. Stefan took two steps onto the roof, and said this is a insurance job, not a out of pocket job. After getting my ducks in a row, I called him to bid the job, and get started. From bid to completion was 1 week! I will say this job turned sower for them, there were 2 layers of shingles in my roof, the second could not be seen, Stefan and the crew just rolled with it and worked things out with the insurance company. Matt, Dave, and Oscar are great craftsmen. Dave did all the sheet metal work, it looked great! Matt ran the crew like a champ and answered all my questions. Oscar's craftsmanship is just impressive. The rest of the crew was polite, kind, and thoughtful. They cleaned up after them selves and addressed any concerns i had. I have and will recommended these guys to othere people."
