"Tried contacting the pet spa over the weekend through messenger since that was the website it took me to, to schedule an appointment and left a message to see if there are any openings. I can see the message was viewed the very next day on messenger. It’s now Thursday the following week and still haven’t heard back. Not very professional at all. Even if you’re fully booked or whatever the case, you still contact potential customers, that’s just customer curtesy."

"HORRENDOUS customer service. The owners mother works here and is unbelievable she is so rude. My father dropped off the dogs to be groomed and she was awful to him. Do not spend your money here. This woman should not be in customer service. It’s a shame to because the owner is nice and does such a good job. No one deserves to be treated so badly though! Especially an elderly gentleman."
