"Looks like the old Kmart stores. Homeless people outside doors. Asking for cigarettes, etc. bathroom doors with no locks, minimal vegetables..crowded aisles with no space. no space to place items in self checkout their best to help people in Multiple self checkout lanes with no space to place items on shelf."

"Some genius thinks it's a good idea to email that one prescription is ready, when there are several submitted. The girl tells me that she is working on the other one. The App says it would be ready at 2:00...I sat there right in front of the Pharmacist Teles for 35 minutes, very low traffic of people, not once did he offer assistance to get my Rx ready so I could leave. Very un-professional people working the pharmacy!!"

"I’ve never thought of leaving a review for a grocery store but I feel like this location deserves one. We’ve been coming here consistently (maybe twice a week) for the past 3 years and not once have we had a bad interaction with employees. We do prefer the afternoon shift employees. They always seem to be in a better mood and friendlier. But other than that, this location is ALWAYS clean, from the produce section all the way down to the egg aisle. The butchers are always kind to help when I ask questions about the types of cuts they have out. I love this Smiths location. I’ve had to go to several in Albuquerque and none of them compare to the Los Lunas location."

"Good sales when they have them. Not really couponer friendly. Was told mega event items don't qualify for items that have digital coupons which makes no sense. That's a sale item, not a double coupon. Some of the older veteran employees are burnt out you can tell, not friendly anymore. Had a issue with one of the employees in meat dept was very rude. Overall it's ok store."

"Where I live, we are limited to 2 grocery stores unless you want to drive a considerable more distance and at my age, I don't. So given that, Smiths is ok, but I'm disappointed in the produce. Not much selection although to be fair perhaps it may have to do that I live in a rural area. I'm just to feeble to grow my own like I use to. Sometimes there are not enough checkers and you stand in line for longer than you like. Staff very friendly and checkers very very fast. Store always clean. I suppose it's everywhere but every time I return the price are higher. You know it's a documented fact that all stores charge more in rural areas cause the know most people won't drive to the city to buy their needed items. Either shame on them or brilliant depending on how you look at life. Enough said."
