"I'm not one to leave reviews but it seems this place is going downhill in quality. Me and my fiancee have two kittens that we have brought 3 different times. The first visit was fantastic. No complaints. But it has only gotten worse since. The second visit they drew blood from one kitten and didn't apply a bandage causing her entire arm to be covered in blood. Not a biggie. Overlooked it. This past visit was hands down the worst. I had a appointment for both cats and they were only aware of one when we came in. It was only for a rabies shot for one and A BOOSTER SHOT for the youngest. After a longer than usual wait, we somehow ended up leaving with paperwork for TWO rabies vaccines. And it appears they also gave boosters to both. Overall it just doesn't feel like they pay much attention to their clients and rely too heavily on the owners to guide them in how to treat their pets. Originally I gave this place 2 stars. But we ended up receiving a call from the clinic itself wanting to know how they can make things right. That speaks volumes to me and it seems they are trying their best and maybe just had a off day."

"They are amazing! I took my 2 girl cats to be spayed at the same time and they did a phenomenal job. They healed super quick and they did great on the surgery site. Also pretty affordable"

"I will not go to any other animal clinic this is my first time visiting and they are so helpful and they care about each and every animal from what I could see. And given the fact that we went in when they were going to about to close and they gave us the same care as they what do for anyone who had an appointmentWe were seeing right away on on an emergency and helped me understand on proceeding to the next step of care I felt very welcomed when we first walked in and they do go above and beyond to help. And the price of visit I can say Was very affordable. Given the fact that I had called every other veterinarian from here to Albuquerque. I will recommend these wonderful people. To anyone who is looking for a to care for your fur baby's. I would not go and would not recommend any other place all staff was wonderful."

"We are so happy with and grateful for finding Los Lunas Veterinarians after we relocated here from another far away state. We have 3 dogs (small, medium & large mixed breeds) and a cat. We were anxious to find the right caregivers for our furry family. Reading reviews only does so much, and you cannot take to heart everything you read on the internet.... So I went into their office WITHOUT my pets and asked about a 100 questions of their from desk staff. They were very patient and answered every questions directly. Eventually their surgeon vet also happened to be at the desk and answered additional questions, as 2 of my dogs had already had some type of surgical treatment where we came from. I am sure I came across as some nutty neurotic lady but their responses gave me enough confidence to feel safe for my fur babies. Our first visit was a wellness check up and they were so very kind enough to allow me to bring all three of my girls (dogs) in at once, through a convenient side door attached to their parking lot. It would have been a logistical nightmare to bring them in one at a time, leaving 2 in the car. Our subsequent visit appointments were made easily and in a rapid fashion based on the needs of my individual pet. I highly recommend this vets office. I am a real person and this is the first time I've posted a Google review, that's how strongly I feel about this office."
