"We had to retire our 20-year-old hot tub and took months researching and testing out hot tubs in New Mexico and Colorado. We finally decided on a Marquis Wish from Hot Tubs Albuquerque and are very pleased we did. To begin with, the owner, Steve, made a special trip to pick it up from the factory so we wouldn’t have to wait till the next shipment. The two men who delivered and installed it were professional and friendly, removing our old tub and installing the new one without a hitch. When leaving, they assured me if I had any questions or if anything went wrong, customer service would take care of me. They were not wrong. As with any new item, sometimes there are bugs to work out; I called Scott, the service manager, regarding a noise I was concerned about. He immediately sent two excellent technicians who worked on it and then the owner and his partner came to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They felt a better solution was available and have set up a detailed plan to follow through. It is really nice to see that level of care and concern after such a large purchase. You can buy a hot tub anywhere, you can’t put a price on good service!"
