"Great product, but poor delivery and customer service. We ordered our cabinets in August from a local cabinet company that came highly recommended. However, when the day came for the cabinets and supplies to be delivered, we found that 20% of the kitchen cabinets were damaged during shipping. Additionally, two pieces were the wrong color. The cabinet company contacted Craftsman within an hour, requesting replacements for the damaged parts. They were told that the replacements would arrive in another 10 days. When those 10 days passed, the delivery arrived, but two of the items, including a very large panel, were once again damaged. The cabinet company had to contact Craftsman yet again, and they were given another 10-day timeframe for the replacement parts. However, after 10 days, only one part was delivered, and the other parts that were promised were not completed. Consequently, the cabinet company had to reach out a third time for the replacement parts for my kitchen, which by now, had been in limbo for about 45 days. After four trips, all the correct and undamaged products were finally delivered. The items were delivered using an old box truck by two individuals who carelessly tossed the parts into the garage (which I personally observed). The panels were sandwiched between cardboard with no protection on the ends, which was the area consistently damaged. Despite discussing the shipping damage issue with them multiple times, their solution was always to replace items with an expedited timeframe of 8-10 days. What should have been a simple cabinet and countertop remodel completed by professionals ended up taking almost two months. I'm giving Craftsman a 1-star rating due to their inadequate delivery system in Denver, their failure to protect their products, and their subpar customer service."
