Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

"This is an update on my review from below: we still think Paul was great, we still want to be excited about this very expensive bed that was promised to help us sleep better. BUT, delivery was scheduled for today between 1:00 and 3:00, and it's 6:00 pm and no delivery! No contact from the delivery service (tho text and emails say it's out for delivery). Gus was not helpful. CAUTION - BEWARE! I do hope we get delivery of our bed and base... No response to contact numbers provided. We visited the ABQ Uptown location for information on the mattresses and systems to take home to consider over time. We knew Tempurpedic was top of the line. We left the store having purchased a split-king mattress, base, pillows, and bedding. We were convinced, not by pressure, but by the salesman's (Paul's) genuine delivery of information and the opportunity to try the mattress systems in store and take our time to ask questions and consider the purchase. We happily recommend visiting the Tempurpedic store in Uptown and are confident in our purchase. Paul was wonderful."

"I had been hunting for pillows to help manage chronic pain when a chance visit to a nearby store lead me to the flagship store for Tempur-pedic. Naturally they had the best selection of their company’s products I’ve encountered in one location. But their outstanding customer service and competitive prices is what really set them apart. Strongly recommend them if you’re looking for quality mattress or pillows. Their location in the uptown strip mall also makes stopping in convenient if you’re visiting the nearby stores or malls."

"Extremely comfy beds and very attentive service. They were even welcoming to our service dogs and didn't mind them trying the beds with us. Ask for Gus. He is the absolute best."
