"They are the worst I have ever seen. Last year, it took 2 months for them to do the taxes. We had to go there several times. They promise to call or schedule an appointment but they do not call or keep the appointment. They had no idea what they were doing. Their tax preparation software should be outdated because each time, the software came up with different numbers. They did not bother to explain the tax numbers too. This year I used H&R Block and everything was accurate, fast and cheaper than these people."
