"This is the worst UPS store in Albuquerque. Not only is the bleach blond lady behind the counter super rude with a huge attitude, but the Google hours and the hours posted at the store indicate it is open at 8:00 am, Monday through Saturday. On Feb 2, 2024, I showed up right at 8:00, waited until 8:10, and the store did not open. The lights were off, the store was dark, and the doors never opened. This is the third time this happens. For a store that closes PROMPTLY at 6:00 pm Mon-Fri, not a minute later, I could at least pick up my packages before work if they actually opened at 8:00 like their sign and Google info says. I recommend switching locations to the North Town Plaza location because they're open until 6:30 so those of us who work until 6 pm can actually have access to our packages."

"This UPS store location is challenging. The blonde lady that works there has major attitude and has no interest in helping customers. She was very clear that she was closing in 20 minutes and has other things she was busy with. I know many of us don’t have a choice on which company retailers use to ship products, but I would never chose UPS. And she’s one of the reasons why… customer last mentality."

The store is clean, well organized and everything done in an orderly fashion. I'm always promptly alerted anytime I have a package waiting for me. I can trust everything to be shipped, delivered and managed there. Great service"
