"I love the team at this UPS store! Everyone is always so helpful. Today Jimena was the fabu associate who helped me. I had trouble scanning something to return & she helped me perfectly! But all associates are so proactive & attentive! Spontaneously offering to help customers w/unwieldy packages, excellent assistance with tricky ID stuff. I’m so glad this store is right by my house!"

"These comments have me in dismay. My daughter and I, have been doing business with this ups store for quite awhile , and we have never been miss treated or showed any disrespect . I was in customer service for over 15 yrs and I know you can't please everyone. They go above and beyond to great every customer and explain when they are busy they will be right with you and doing so with a smile on there face! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, THANK YOU"

"Just had the most horrible experience of my life at this UPS location. I walked in at 6:12PM (18 minutes before closing) and was told by Dionicio to “never come in this late again or he will not let me in the door.” And then told I was “keeping him from going home to his wife.” I was shocked as I have never experience such awful customer service. Dionicio then proceeded to yell at his coworker in front of me and call her lazy. I am at a loss for words after this experience and will never give this location my business again."

"Just did a visit to this store to ship two Christmas gifts. When I arrived, people were standing outside, because the line was so long. I expected a long wait and a bad experience, but boy was I wrong. Fast, efficient and very, very friendly. One of the UPS employees was even cracking jokes. Awesome experience."

"I went to the store at 5pm today and it was closed? Why have this hour schedule if you won’t abide by it? Terrible. Even if they closed because it was a “holiday”(black friday) one should have a sign!!! Unacceptable behavior coming from a delivering company."
