Extra Space Storage

"The unit itself is fine. It’s the pricing we have the problem with. In 2019 we rented a small unit here when it was a privately owned storage facility. The price was 59 dollars a month. Several months later Extra Space Storage notified us they had bought the facility. Since then, and after consistent price increases, the new cost per month is 109 dollars. Yes, that was five years ago. Yes, costs go up. I’m not familiar with what other facilities charge, but to me an almost 100% increase is simply gouging. It’s our responsibility to make arrangements to move our stuff to someplace more affordable, but in the meantime I wanted folks who may be thinking of storage to be aware of Extra Space Storage’s pricing."

"First off it's one of the most beautiful and clean sites I have seen especially for the price. The young man that helped with everything was wonderful; very informative, helpful and friendly. This is kinda silly and random but the office smelt so good lol even talked to the employee about it, all jokes aside it gave some ease in all the chaos of moving if that makes sense?! It's the little things so long story short I am very happy with my unit and it's a wonderful location for anyone in or near the Enchanted Hill's area, I highly recommend!"
