"My parents were in an accident. The whole situation was going though insurance, lawyer ect. The vehicle was driven by my parents to caliber collision upon insurance request. My dad kept going in a few times a week to check progress. No information was given. The only time my dad spoke to a tech who informed my dad that the bumper parts of the vehicle would be put back. Then another tech rushed out and said no we can't. We have the bumper so we can put it in the car once the tow truck picks it up. No decision had been made yet about the car. Insurance and lawyers were still talking. Once my parents decided to keep the vehicle they went to pick it up. Upon arrival they asked where the bumper was? Caliber said the parts were lost. When asked them to replaced them they gave my dad a long story, runaround,we will call insurance, we will call you back ect. Then took weeks waiting for a call back. My dad called them again My parents decided to pick up the car. They gave no other info about other parts they removed at all. When the tow truck dropped it off, we noticed the third row seat missing along with the cover that goes over the trunk and other miscellaneous parts as well. My dad called them and they said they would look for it and return his call. A week later my dad called and asked about his seat and parts. They said it's lost. No explanation given not to mention that they didn't let us know at all that they took the 3rd seat out also during the whole conversation about the bumper weeks earlier. This place is just a legal chop shop. They are rude, they lie and have no consideration for their customers. They are the worst and I would not take my vehicle there.unless you are donating parts of your vehicle. When we were leaving there was another customer there arguing about the parts stolen from her truck also. I guess this is business as usual for this company. I would give them 0 stars if allowed."

"This company deserves recognition for its customer service. I got into an accident and they got me in right away. The process took about a month due to parts being shipped in, but Sean kept me updated with the latest info frequently. His team was also awesome and very polite. The work looks amazing! Trust them with your car repairs you will not regret it!"
