We had zero issues, car came out amazing and it was overall an amazing experience. "Unfortunately we did not have a better than average experience. Gabriel was great and professional but we had to return for minor work three different times and still work not really complete as needed. Failure to install wiper blade correctly caused metal on glass etchings and yet to remedy. Company recommended by Progressive insurance and more difficulty with rental cars in conjunction with auto body work. There needs to be better continuity between progressive, rental car companies, and crash champions. Really too much work and time needed as a customer to get the desired outcome. Attention to detail is needed. And I still need my rear windshield fixed"
