"This was one of the smoothest experiences I've ever had with a repair. They ordered me an uber home when I dropped my car off. Kept me informed, and did excellent work. I'm so thankful to find this shop after having so many bad experiences with other shops in ABQ. Appreciate yall."
"Karesse Reyna was very unprofessional and demanded funds over services that haven’t been finished within 2 months and wanted me to pay with out the service being finished. Plus front end assistance was very unknowable sad to see when a place is highest ranked on service"
"I don’t usually write reviews but this is kind of ridiculous they called me to say my car was ready I came to pick it up it wasn’t ready I still had to wait and I was ok with it but then they could not put on the hubcaps to come back another day I was still ok with it now I came and they told me that they wouldn’t have time and to come back another day why would you say it’s ready if it wasn’t. The insurance payed you to finish a job not to leave it half way."
"Karesse was our adjuster, and she is super positive and friendly and customer service oriented. She was an excellent communicator and made the whole process painless. I will bring all of my vehicles here in the future."
"I do not recommend this location. This location is a joke. The service advisor, Karesse, apparently thinks this collision repair center is a yoga facility and walks around in yoga pants and a sports bra. The manager appears to avoid managing and asks that any calls for him be avoided and only messages be taken. It's hard to take the place seriously and speak business when the employees can't even dress and act the part. If your a lady having to speak to the service advisors here, you might as well forget about it. It's almost as if they refuse to acknowledge women as people here and pay attention to only guys. My wife and daughter had difficulty receiving half-way decent communication when having to speak to the service dept. for me when I was unable in a few instances. It wasn't until I had to speak to the service advisor at this location that I knew I should have never gone along with this location even though it was recommended by my insurance company. My vehicle was brought in for rear-end damage from an accident, but I began receiving calls and quotes for front end mechanical repairs. The high quotes for the non-related repairs showed prices that varied by at least 300% difference when compared to other quotes from different locations. This is called price gouging. My vehicle was scheduled for the repairs they mentioned at another location after the body damage was addressed. They thought it was their priority to make sure that all concerns were addressed prior to releasing my car. I spoke to Karesse, service advisor, and was told that she and her manager would not release my car after the body damage was completed because of mechanical repairs that were spoken of previously. I was explained that if I paid my bill, the car still wouldn't be released because they valued their opinion greater than anyone else's. I had to speak to my insurance and get them to straighten this out due to the inability of retrieving my car due to "their" policy. My insurance wanted to avoid further issues and told me they would just pay to have to car towed away. When it came to the actual repairs that they completed, it was found that they were not done correctly. They explained that the misaligned components were normal and have to wear themselves in. This is not true and the components can be adjusted. Misalignment is just that, something not aligned correctly. If you're interested in yoga lessons, high horsepower boat engine rebuilds, and custom kite designing this place "might" be able to help you but not as far as collision repair. You'll be left with a nightmare of other problems. Avoid this place at all costs."
