Syverson Tile & Stone

"Syverson does not want your business. If you are just a homeowner looking to buy tile or a countertop they will treat you like you're an idiot. They are a wholesaler so if you want to buy tile you have to go to a retailer and buy the product at a marked-up price so I'm not sure why they even have a showroom. We remodeled our kitchen through Prairie Heritage (who is amazing BTW) and Syverson provided the quartz countertop. Syverson didn't actually measure the sink so the cutout was wrong but installed it anyway. It took over a month of calling them weekly before they did anything about it. They wanted us to buy a different sink instead of fixing their own mistake. They also gouged our newly installed hardwood floor during installation and simply shrugged their shoulders. Again, they do not want your business."

"Don’t bother you might as well just buy at a big box store. Cut the quartz counter for the wrong sink, then waited 3 months for a new countertop. Hate, hate the new counter. You can tell everything was done quickly including the edging. Wish I had gone somewhere else and now I’m stuck…"

"LOVE Syverson Tile! The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. They were real good about working within my budget (ie showing me remnants) and helping me to find a backslash that doesn't clash with my granite. Plus while I am waiting they get me Starbucks coffee or a bottle of water. If your remodeling or building you have to stop in and check out their selection!"
