She put the stain in the shakers and took my information, checked out and she retrieved my stain and I was back to my way back to work!!! What an efficient Staff!!! Thank you, Darcy!!"

"As a small contractor all I know is no one , and I mean absolutely no one , takes care of customers especially contractors like scherwin does. If I could get everything I need from them I wouldn’t go any place else. And this location is fantastic."

"I came into the store ready to spend over $500 on vinyl siding paint. There were 3 employees working at the time. I told the first one I needed to buy vinyl siding paint. He said he didn't know anything about it, even though there was a brochure about it in the store. He referred me to an employee who was currently on the phone. Another employee finished up with another customer and then proceeded to ignore me even though I was standing right in front of him. So, I had 2 employees who were unwilling or unable to help me and one who was too busy to help me. I walked out of the store and took my current and future business elsewhere. You have a big problem when employees don't know products and don't care about customers. This has to be about the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Rapid City. Go elsewhere...you will thank me."

"I was looking for a new paint store so I asked around and read reviews and this store came highly recommended. My daughter and I went into the store looking for paint and supplies. We were in the store 10 to 15 minutes trying to find a color. I was super bummed as the whole time we were in there no one even acknowledged us. I saw one other customer in the store and he was being helped. Maybe there were busy behind the scenes but there was not even a simple hello!"

"I've never written a review, but the customer service over the past few days was so good I thought I needed to share my appreciation. I was trying to match a paint color for a small chip in my wall and both employees I worked with took plenty of extra time to explain, step by step, how to resolve the issue to me (a completely novice painter). Granted, it was a slow morning with no other customers, but having an employee take 15-20 minutes with me was above and beyond and unsurprisingly both the color match and my first attempt at the job were perfect.
