"I called and spoke with David and he was so imcredible to work with. He educated me on the different carpet products they sell. After working with four other carpet stores in the area, they are hands down the best. Fair prices and incredible service. Jeff came out on Saturday and measured the room and he too was very good to work with. So far, I will give them a 5, as they are professional, respinsive, and very knowledgable. I will update once product arrives and it has been installed."

"Purchased carpet and Vinyl flooring . Scheduled weeks in advance to be installed . Installation day they came and installed carpet (which also had to use some of my tools) and was told they would be installing Vinyl flooring next day in kitchen , entry way and bathroom - nobody showed up and called to ask what is going and told someone would call me back which did not happen , I had to keep following up . Finally was told they would be there the next day - again no one showed up . Finally on the 3rd day it was installed but they also floored completely over a floor vent in my bathroom with still no resolution . Quality of product is great but customer service and communication I would say good luck ."
