"Got some fillings done from a highly rated office in North Carolina where I lived, and after 4 follow up visits with them, they could not get my bite right and offered muscle relaxers and Invisalign as a final solution, which I denied. I finally just gave up and thought it was all in my head, but when I came to visit Rapid City, I had Dr. Jensen at Nelson and Bury look over the work, and he made some corrections, and explained everything in detail, and why everything was feeling off. After I left, my bite finally felt right. No Invisalign or muscle relaxers, which he never even suggested. Just a quick visit with the tools he had. These guys seem to do the job right, and strive for quality work above all else, with no short cuts. The doctor took the time to patiently explain everything in detail, simplify the subject matter, and answer all of my follow up questions with enthusiasm and no rushing. I have 100% trust in this office."

"I would not recommend this place to anybody because of how poorly their reception and customer service is handled. I can’t lie both dentist are professional and nurses are good however that means nothing when their reception has zero customer service skills. I tried working with this company but was made impossible with the pettiness, the judgmental, and complete lack of understanding from reception. My bill here is paid and they will never get another dollar from me. I have never felt more judged, more belittled by a medical professional in my life totally unacceptable."

"I understand every place has policies and here I am trying to reschedule an appointment for my daughter because she had to take the day off for being sick and due to weather conditions. Because she had three other times she had to reschedule due to circumstances beyond her control, she had to be punished with a 48 hour policy. My husband dealt with a dentist who told him he was being rude to him and his staff when all my husband asked a question of why he checked his neck. The one dentist yelled at him for being rude. It feels like I have to bring a doctors note to my dentist to prove my reasons for rescheduling. They were awesome in the beginning but it seems to lack the customer service it use to have."
