"The whole ordeal did start in another state but they sucked too. I went with aspen because I saw the commercials. I thought,” oh they will help me with my teeth!” Big mistake! All I’ve had the entire time is the run around. All they cared about was how they will get paid! I borrowed 1500$ to do some procedures, paid for with the money and no call backs, not even being seen! I called to get an antibiotic last week for a confirmed tooth infection, no response. I still owe about 600 on the loan and still haven’t gotten my teeth cleaned, that’s already paid for! What a disaster. I went to a better dentist who pulled my tooth and made sure I was comfortable in the process. Mind you if aspen would have done the crowns as expected, I never would have lost the tooth in the first place. What a shame, good potential, bad management."

"I waited 35 minutes after my appointment to speak with someone in the finance department and they never came out to speak with me regarding cost. One of the dental hygienist stayed she would call me and discuss cost .. 2 months later and still waiting on that call. I would not recommend this business. I wish I could give them 0 stars."

"I had an asbcess tooth and called on a Sunday. She said the next appointment was February 14th, and I couldn't wait. I did a walk-in Monday morning and was seen almost immediately. The staff is super friendly, they do financing, and I got a prescription for antibiotics. I go back Thursday to have the tooth extracted. I will keep you posted, but I had a wonderful experience."

"I was seen at the rapid city location of Aspen.. they got me in fast and kept me there until they could successfully get #17 extracted. Great! The doctor said what pharmacy would you like your steroid sent to ... I said my location and I THOUGHT being a medical professional place they would call promptly and get that in .... Fast forward to TUESDAY after iv called every pharmacy in town no one has it so I called them again they wrote me a prescription for Tylenol 3 with codeine..... And told me to come pick it up in person.. that's great..... But not even saying hey let's have a look to see what's going on I was just dismissed with a pain pill prescription I had to get in person ..... I'm still in pain with fever off and on a fowl taste in my mouth and pain radiating from my whole left side of my face .... I have called twice I am still waiting on an office manager to call me .... Absolutely worst dentistry I've ever been to."

"One star is far too generous! Had a broken tooth and scheduled an appointment. Called over the weekend to insure I could receive help at my appointment Monday afternoon. I showed up about 10 minutes early to do paper work and was checked in late due to no one at the front desk for about 20 minutes. I was then taken back to discover I had a basic appointment. She offered an x ray for and when I explain that side was in sever pain I got a shrug and a “I gotta see it”. Then took two more that brought me to tears. I go back to another room to be told take some midol when I couldn’t manage my pain as it is and they can help me later this week. I was told to call back if I had swelling in my eye…. I let him know I already have it and asked for antibiotics, he said he would send some in. He told me I could talk to someone on cost on my options. I sat down to do this with the receptionist to get pricing with out my insurance? Pointless and not accurate. When I was told they could see me Friday I was DONE! I asked what I owed for my visit. She was the ONLY kind person I encountered and scrambled to find a sooner date. Still not for another two days but they did let me know once I was there and going to be charged they do not do exams and extractions in the same day. So if it is what you need DO NOT be seen here! Also the dentist I saw for less then 30 seconds never sent in my antibiotic. Beyond disappointed and do not recommend for anyone to be seen here. Don’t waste time or money here. Sit at community health for the day is a far better bet then any “care” here! Shame on you Aspen Dental!!!!!!"
