"I absolutely loved this place. Dr. Paul was super friendly and was really upfront about everything. The people who cleaned my teeth were super friendly and showed a youtube video on how to brush my teeth better because there were some spots that were clearly missed. The receptionist behind the counter was also super friendly because I had to make my appointments at around lunchtime and be quick with it because I have an actual job, unlike some of the haters, I told her that I had changed my insurance from medicad to delta dental she had asked for my new insurance card and had fill out a new portfolio for them. Overall, everyone here is super nice and shows more than enough interest in their job to keep me coming back. I can't wait for my next six month cleaning. Thanks to the people at family dental for making me a loyal customer."

"This guy was completely rude to me for absolutely no reason. All I did was ask for a cleaning and to see if my insurance would cover it. This dentist told me if I could not afford a simple cleaning then I probably should just find somewhere else to go. He apparently wants cash only because insurance takes too long to pay up."

"DO NOT GO!!! DO NOT GO!!This dentist is a complete jerk! The ladies who clean your teeth are amazing. He only wearing latex gloves and won’t wash his hands if you tell him you are severely allergic to latex he makes a huge deal out of it. He bashes you at every turn. The receptionist is also very rude! Very time I went id tell them I’m allergic to latex and please don’t use. Last time the dentist tried forcing me to let him use latex gloves. Which could kill me! I was stuck using these jerks because they are the only ones who would accept Medicaid. Just because I have Medicaid doesn’t mean I’m less of a human! The very last visit he sent me into a full blowing panic attack and told me to grow up and stop crying. DO NOT GO!!"

"The very rude and grumpy receptionist sets the tone for the entire visit. Once you get into the appointment you cannot be late for, and as you wait, and wait some more, you will easily understand why I would rather let my teeth rot before I ever go there again. The way this dentist places blame is out of line. During my visit, this grown man was basically yelling at a small child like he was angry at the frightened child and then approached the parent with a, " Thank you for your patience and understanding, hearing that, he'll be fine. " Two other employees get to discuss the children as sissies. In my humble opinion, this is very unprofessional. A paid in full bill = a half of a deep clean. I will take the loss from how intimidated I feel while in this office. I will not allow my children to be treated this way, my wife, or myself, ever again. They do have great parking!"

"First time I’ve ever left a review on any company ever. If possible I’d rate 0/5. I had to reschedule my appointment after missing it due to being on call. I told the receptionist to call before the appointment for a simple reminder like every dentist in my life has ever done. They called. Then hung up after 3 seconds with no voice message. I tried calling back 4 or 5 times and nobody answered. I called a day or so after and nobody answered any calls. This is 100% the worst dentist office I’ve never been to."
