"My aunt is a retired dental hygienist and Orchard Meadows was highly recommended by her. I started choosing Orchard Meadows almost a year ago and found the facility and staff very accommodating. During my first visit I was told I had five filings needing attention but as long as they weren’t bothering me they weren’t concerned about when the work was done; I appreciated they weren’t “pushy” about it. I later called to see what they had open in the last two months (2023) and was told nothing was available until December because they were doing their Freedom Friday event. I asked what Freedom Friday was; I was told it was about the staff giving back to veterans by doing one cleaning or filling at no charge. I thanked them for the info and set an appt for December. The next day I received a text about my appt for the next day. Quite surprised I called to verify. I’m guessing they looked at my file and saw I was a veteran and added me to the roster. Regardless, I found this service to be over and above …exceptional. I never expected to participate …figured I’d simply plan for next year. I highly recommend Orchard Meadows; their service is top notch."

"This was my first time visiting this dental office. Getting an appointment last minute for my husband was difficult with how busy they are but since I made one a while out it wasn’t a big deal for me. The dentist office is located in a large office building with three suites and located on the first floor. The front desk staff was very nice and the waiting room was very comfortable and modern. There was even a kinetic sand table that you could enjoy and a hot coffee machine with different options. I was taken back at my appointment time by a great dental hygienist who gave me a mini tour of the office and a little gift bag for being a new patient. What was really great was that you were given a chart with comfort items if you are not a big fan of the dentist like ear plugs, a blanket, etc. Each dentist chair has a massage feature and also a tv to watch above your head. The dental hygienist talked through what she was doing and made me feel very comfortable and made my experience really nice. The dentist I saw was the owner and he was very informative on treatment options and genuinely seemed to care about my concerns or questions. When you are done and check out they even have cookies! Overall this was an excellent dental office and I felt welcomed and comfortable to return for my next cleaning."
