"We purchased a loveseat about a year ago and we had the unfortunate luck that a motor went out and a piece of the moveable footrest weld broke. As we were at our one year warranty period, we expected to purchase replacement parts. We went in to ask for an estimate in these certain pieces we needed to get our chair operational again. When they looked into the parts, they informed us that they will just replace the parts. I hadn’t expected this by any means but they went above our expectations. We really appreciate how they were willing to help us!"

"I bought a bed about 3 years ago. The dips on the edges of the bed are so bad it’s causing back pain. They have a warranty, but said because of a stain on the mattress (nothing to do with the dips and not in the same area), that it voids the warranty. Obviously no one can sweat on a mattress or that voids that warranty too. It’s a way for them to not stand by quality issues. Will not do business with them again. They don’t offer quality products or stand by their warranty."

"If you want furniture from this business you better be very patient and plan for a long long long wait. Purchased a bed frame and dresser from this location on 10-9-2021and still have no product. I get excuses all the time and the date keeps getting pushed out. They offered free delivery and that seems a small price to pay since they have had my money for all this time. If this does not come in the next (Promised) month I will be getting a refund. I should have done the 3 month wait for the hand made Amish furniture as at leash I would have it by now!"
