I don't need to be checked in, the dressing room doesn't need an RFID deadbolt, I don't need a personal attendant, and you don't need my name for me to try on a shirt."

"Had stopped at my 7th place to attempt to buy a new pair of shoes. Rebekah was already helping 2 others but didn't hesitate to help another. She tracked down multiple sets for me all while adding a fourth person to the mix. She got me with the perfect pair in the color I wanted and still helped everyone expediently. It's not often I see people with this major work ethic and drive. 10 out of 5 stars!"

"I love the Rapid City Scheels! Obviously with living here, we stop by all the time and everytime we do, someone is always going up and beyond to help. Once while I was shopping for shoes and had my young son, he was sitting on the couch waiting as patiently as he could when "John" came by to sit and talk with him about cars and legos. My son left beaming with joy. Another time I went to shop for a jacket for my husband and Lacy, the child department clothing manager stopped by and helped me out. She was very personable and really took the time to go through the options asking all the right questions prior to giving me her ultimate suggestion. My husband loves his jacket and my son still always loves going to see who else he can make friends with. You guys have a great team with staff who obviously love what they do!"

"This past weekend my husband and I were visiting South Dakota and decided to stop in Scheels to see if they had the bow I had been interested in. They did and I was so excited but nervous because I really didn’t know much about them and what all really went into getting one set up for me. Quite honestly I was intimidated by them, my husband archery hunts so he knows some. But when we got there Rick Wilson helped us and let me just say this, I have never had more phenomenal customer service than we got with Rick! He showed me and helped me every step of the way. My husband even was like this guy knows what he’s talking about and he also said he has never had anyone help him with setting up a bow like Rick did! I am truly thankful for all his help!"
