"I've been back here 4 times in the last month looking for club men mustache wax and the whole "beard section" is always cleared out like no one can order anything that and when asked its always we just sold out yesterday"

"Second time going into this location. First time the lady insisted she couldn’t look up my Sally’s card with my id. The second time I brought in my card and she kept having me select yes to apply for a credit card insisting that that’s the way the system works and payment kept getting rejected,This is after I asked to update my address and she wanted proof of my up to date license. So I sat there for ten minutes pulling it up just for her to not except my payment and blame the credit card company. I use this card once a week. Clearly they need more training on how to use the system."

"I always get my beauty supplies here. The staff - always helpful! Could you please change the website hours for this location. Saying it closes at 8pm, in reality, closes at 7pm. I got there at 7:52 and the doors were locked and no acknowledgement. I drove a long distance to get there....."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought product from here and got home to do my hair and put it in and didn't have enough developer for my hair. They gave me exactly what they said I needed. So I went back to the store to get more and even called while on the way and they said okay. Then they closed earlier than they were suppose to. I was even standing outside the store with hair dye in my hair and they just stood there and shrugged. This is horrible customer service. I thought coming to Sally's would be better than box hair dye, apparently not."
