"I paid for a very “used” vacuum “used to death, literally! I had not had it very long and the wand stopped working, so I took it back and they gave me another one. It had wires sticking out! They said because of Covid that is all they had. They never followed up! The suction on the vacuum was terrible!!! I paid almost $3000.00 for this vacuum!!!! It was never very good! I have had nothing but a Rainbow for close to 35 years! I “thought it was the best vacuum made” not anymore they do not stand behind their product and make good on it!!!!"
