"Just had a great experience with these guys. They were quick to diagnose that the main control valve had seized after 20 years of use, but they conducted thorough tests on all other parts. I tested everything I could before calling pros in an effort to solve it myself so I had an idea of what was good and what wasn’t. When I purchased the home about 4 years ago it took 30-60 seconds for the fire to ignite. It slowed to 3 minute ignition over the next few years till it finally never turned on again. I asked if they thought I should replace the other thermo-components and they said that those pieces tested fine and it wasn’t necessary. Appreciated the honesty! They only repair and they don’t sell full fireplaces, so they’re only goal is to fix what you’ve got. If you need a cleaning or repair, I would not look anywhere else."
