"The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I called to ask about a piece of trim, a woman was helping me and the call was disconnected. No big deal, it happens sometimes. I call back, and am transferred to her again, and she immediately picks up, and puts me on hold without saying anything. I wait on hold for 25 minutes, then hang up and decide to try back. I call back, and get hung up right away. So I try again, this cycle continued for over 2 hours. I surmise she realized she gave me the wrong info about the trim product and when she realized it she hung up on me hoping I would forget about it. And when I tried back she tried dodging me left and right. Alex, his manager, and the old lady that answers the phones need a refresh on their customer service skills. Piss poor"

"Lowe’s had the drillbit that I was looking for. I found the store almost empty. Could not find any employee to help me locate the item, but I managed to find it on my own. The weird thing was, I noticed this guy with a very overstuffed large backpack next to me look checking out the power tools. He was grabbing as many accessories as both hands carry, and his backpack was jammed full of stuff. Became clear that he was a thief. I started following him around the store to make him feel uncomfortable, he actually put a few items back on the shelves, but in the wrong place. I Managed to find some store staff and pointed out this weirdo, she said he was a regular thief, who came into the store, and they were not able to do anything about it because of their rules. Suggestion is having store security stop these guys, and have off duty policeman ready to take these guys down. Here’s a photo of the thief jackass fleeing from Lowe’s on a bicycle. While he’s being watched by two store employees."

"I would be screwed if it was not for this store. I don’t know if all locations are the same, but the Lowe’s in Northglenn is my new best friend. I know nothing about the projects that I’ve had to take on recently clearing an estate and putting it up for sale. Doing renovations and repairs all by myself is an area I know absolutely nothing about. Thanks to my new best friend, Lowe’s, they have made so many things, simple, and affordable. I used to like Home Depot but they are expensive. I feel like Lowe’s has incredible quality, there’s actually people in the store who wander around and want to help you, and I have gotten majority of my appliances and renovations and repairs and updates for a house all completed with a short period of time for much much much much less money than I ever thought was possible. Five stars were 100 stars, go here if you need stuff."

"I love Lowe's. You never have to walk far to find customer service - because their employees are on the floor helping people find what they need. Their customer service puts Home Depot to shame. I find the quality of many products to be slightly better than Home Depot as well. You pay a little more at Lowe's, but it is worth the price to get the customer service help when it is needed."

"On 9/26, I spent hours driving to multiple locations to find an aluminum rail (item # 1223173). Finally a staff guided me to this location. But the guy there (said he is the manager, tall, grey tshirt, around 6pm 9/26) was unwilling to unload the pallet from the top, told me to take ones from the lower shelf which has a different package than what I was looking for. I didnt want to end up coming back to return and rebuy so I asked and waited but he just didn't do it. That is the worst experience I had in Lowes."
