"Had the UPC scanner thrown at me with a night and day difference in attitute because the cashier checking us out didn't 'like' that my email was set to dark mode and she wasn't able to scan my frequent customer voucher and had to manually enter it. I frequently shop at Michael's, but will be steering clear of this location."

"This is not for the employees whom work there but Micheals as a whole. Micheals Price match policy is listed online to accept everyone from Walmart and Target to Joanns and Hobby Lobby, this location specifically is not authorized by the system to price match anything that's not Joanns, Hobby Lobby, there was one more that I forgot. But they are not authorized/refuse to price match anywhere else even though its clearly listed online with their actual price match and coupon policy. Luckily the item I was buying was still the same $35 dollar savings at Joanns as it was at Walmart. Micheals, as a company as a whole you should authorize stores to be able to do what you at least list on your actual policy website over shorting them authorization and making your upfront retail employees seem like a fool or rude cause you don't give them authorizations they clearly should have."

"I just moved to the area and was roaming the aisles for some inspiration, an associate found me completely lost and totally helped me transform my bare circle into a Christmas miracle! It was hard to find something flat that could go with a neutral colored background and she gave me this awesome idea to do a simple paper snowflake to match this super cute ornament!
