"I hate writing bad reviews for small companies however this company is really bad. Yes, we did buy a stove from them… spent almost 7K. Their salesman sold us a stove telling us it would fit our dimensions. We drove 4 hours each way to pick up this stove. Get it home and it doesn’t fit the dimensions we told the salesman. It went downhill from there. Teva and Brad (supposed co owners) lied to us every step of the way. I could write a book on how shady and untrustworthy this company does business. They still owe us money for a part we returned to them. I called today to ask when this money will be sent to us and the owner, Teva, told me she doesn’t want to deal with us anymore, is NOT HONORING THE WARRANTY, and hung up on me. Bad business. I would give no stars but I had to give a star in order to post. UPDATE….. once again another lie. They never sent us the money for the part we returned to them like they said they would. Bad business!"

"Without a question, the best hot tub sales and service provider in the Four Corners. I’ve had two vacation rentals each with hot tubs up near Purgatory for twenty five years and I’ve tried all of the service providers nearby in Durango but none has matched Raindrops quality of service. This summer it was time to replace the older one which lasted 21 years! Raindrops had the perfect tub for our needs and coordinated with San Juan Sign (crane company) for a flawless removal of the old tub and installation of the new one. Check out the photos! They had it running before lunch!! Now it has been up and running for a few months, and as is always the case there’s a “break-in” period for a complex appliance such as this. And when an electrical issue developed, Raindrops was remarkably quick to send me their amazing technicians, Jordan and Brad who drove 90 miles up here from Farmington to get the hot tub back up and running perfectly. I could not be happier with our purchase of this hot tub from Raindrops and I will continue to keep turning to them for service. They are a phenomenal family-owned business!"
