"Where do I even start? First of all I wish there was an option to put zero stars! Because I absolutely would! I took my trailer in to get an estimate on how much new brakes would cost. I left my trailer there while they inspected it. They called me and told me the price and said they were closing , my trailer would be in the front parking lot waiting for me to pick it up. I arrived a little after 5pm I hooked my trailer back up to my truck I started to turn onto irma heading north and then all of a sudden my tire on my back left side of the trailer fell off and is rolling down Irma! My trailer is now on the street! I have my child and wife with me there is traffic we are stuck in the middle of the busy street. I have to chase down my tire! I send my wife to the auto parts store to buy a jack and bolts because mine were completely stripped not to mention there were only two out of eight on there! As we're driving it home after this huge inconvenience the tires is locking up and now smoking! I call them to tell them what happened the next business day and the person I talked to precedes to tell me it is my fault! I ask them how are they going to fix this they ask me to bring my trailer back in and they will fix the brake and put it back on no charge also change the other three. I go to pay and they charge me the same that they quoted me! There was no deal! There was no compensation! This place is a joke and a fraud. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!"

"Very pleased already with my service. I had several other shops in town that we're way less than helpful with even allowing me to bring in my trailer in to look at it. Just had a broken lug bolt and needed some bearing service. I called Vital Parts, setup an appt. within 2 days of my call, and they called me about an hour and a half after dropping it off telling me it's finished. Now, I feel 100% more confident in my cross-country move I'm about to make happen. Super happy I found these guys! Very pleasant service experience."
