"Business hours states they close at 12AM. I was turned away because the manager was to lazy and didn’t want to help me. Told me he had a line. No customer service skills or courtesy to even ask what I needed. FYI ALL I NEED WAS SOME TAPE THAT WOULD TAKEN LESS THEN 2 MIN. Good business practice is you take all customers that are in your store prior to time posted for closing. If you to lazy to help get a different job or change your hours. To think that if someone is coming to your store at 11:45pm it’s probably for a good reason. Staff needs training or should be replaced."

"Went in ordered pats before and no problem. This time it's not here and when we called in talked to a real helpful person told me to call back if not here by 7pm. So I did and told something else till he got back on phone but then they put me permanently hold. Not cool."

"I swear, when I entered this store, it felt like it was abandoned. No one in the storefront at all. Like, sort of wished it was haunted to it felt like someone was there. Luckily I didn't need much help finding the items I was lookin' for since they're all pretty basic items. Though reference books were missing or torn to shreds, requiring new ones. Even with my own self-reliance, it took some time at the front counter to get noticed to buy my stuff. Why does this AutoZone fear my monies? C'mon man!"
