"We had a lovely dinner sitting at the chefs counter! The chefs that are making the food talk to you and tell you about the restaurant and what they’re preparing. Everything was delicious! We almost passed on the sweet potato, and I’m so glad we didn’t because it was a highlight. The staff is warm and friendly. It was a great experience!"

"What an experience! Chef Curiel certainly cultivated a worthwhile dining experience in the Mile High City. Service was impeccable as well as the clear thought out details of our experience. Each dish was well balanced and imaginative. The avocado margarita was surprising satisfying and quite flavorful. I highly recommend the camote asado. We had every crudo on the menu and each was so fantastic and amazing. The hamchi just melted in your mouth. The birria de borrego (lamb) was so tender. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. "This is hands down one of the best restaurants in Denver! The food, service, ambiance, and owners are top notch. A solid 10 out of 10!! From the time we were greeted by Casey, who is one of the owners, our culinary experience went uphill from there. Casey gave us some wonderful suggestions for an appetizer (the sweet potato with their homemade ricotta) that is to die for and two of their most popular drinks. I loved their avocado margarita with the tasty Taheen. She also gave us a little history regarding her and her husband’s (Johnny who is the owner and head chef) culinary back round, and how they managed to open their restaurant in weeks. Very impressive in more ways than one! Our server was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and we ordered from all four sections of the menu. Another thing we loved is when you order a plate, it is brought out to your table by one of their chefs Ann’s explain in detail what the dish is comprised of. Besides the sweet potatoes, we ordered the hamachi, taco with brisket, chicken with mole, and the lamb that melted off the bone. We can’t wait to go back and try the bar side dinning experience where the chef’s prepare your meal right in front of you.
