"One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Denver! Everything is delicious. I love the steak plate with rice and chicken quesadillas. The salsa is fantastic."
"Loved their steak burrito smothered in green chili! Very tasty. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, and I wish we had a place like this in our neighborhood. Our only complaint was that their salsas could be spicier, we missed a kick a lil bit. Will definitely be back!"
"I satisfied my craving for crispy corn tacos with rice and beans. Food quality was good, a little bland for my tastes. My wife had a big combo plate which she liked, good but not great. Previous rave reviews led us to Las Caras, so our expectations were high. The restaurant is small and quiet, we enjoyed a comfortable booth to linger and talk. Excellent service."

I couldn't help to think that this was Chinese Mexican fusion restaurant. It just didn't taste like anything I've ever had. Something was off...."
