Reviews of Aramark Uniform Services
"This company is pathetic..don't use them. They will regularly lose your uniforms and not deliver them then charge you for new ones. It's been going on for years. I'm honestly baffled by how bad of a company they are and how incompetent they are. And complaining does no good..I'm sure they will reply saying to email them so they can follow up but that's been done many times. They are legitimately almost useless. All that being said, the driver is fantastic and none of this is his fault. This horrible company doesn't deserve to have a good employee like him. And of course I got the incompetent response I predicted. My company has complained many times. Why would an email help if you guys haven't done anything about our issues for years? At least write a real response. You people are a joke."
"Predatory Contract, Constant Price Increases, Terrible Service • When something gets turned it, we must manage the whole process. We get no receipt when we turned in, and we never know when uniforms will come back. • When we turn in torn shirts for repair, instead of replacing them they are terribly stitched and look awful. • Shirts are stained and cannot get them clean. Employees have been wearing the same shirts for close to 4 years. We are too afraid to turn them in as they are down to just a few shirts as it is, and we do not know when they will return. • We must basically beg to get our shirts back. We are waiting oftentimes 3 to 4 months to get shirts back from repair unless we throw a fit. And we are paying for these shirts while we cannot use them. • When ordering new uniforms for employees it is taking 60 to 90 days. This is unacceptable. • We are not getting invoices. Driver has no way to print, and we are not being emailed invoices, so we cannot check pricing and see what we are being invoiced for. • I have shared concerns with 2 reps from Aramark. Both have said they would get back to me, and I have never heard back from anyone. • I was told Aramark had uniform services 1 mile from our new building and that we could get service from Colorado Springs to avoid uniforms getting lost or miss placed. I never heard back from our Rep."
"Your bill will change week to week with no explanation and it will cost more than your agreement states, you will be shorted uniforms and then still charged, you will be shorted red/blue towels every other week, you will have a new route driver every week. This company is an absolute joke. Call Cintas."
"For a year they would charge our business full price so over 1k a month and they would only give our technicians one or two shirts for a week. When they'd charge for way more than that! Then when we decided to get rid of them we tried to discuss our final bill about fifteen times. We called and everyone kept putting in requests to be contacted by the district manager Scott Crawford but after about five months he never called and then sent us to collections. Horrible business ethics and tactic to use against a respectful business. Ive spread world to all of our Colorado Les Schwabs and told them about what they've done. Prudential is a way better company in Colorado and I will never recommend Aramark to anyone."
"They do not even deserve that star, but it will not let me give negative stars. Throughout the three years that I did business with this company I can remember very few times that my service was correct and right, there was a problem almost every time. The billing system is a joke they have no idea when payments are received or even what the charges are for. When we ended our contract, and we checked out and made sure that was all we owed, they came back a month later with another $1091 bill which they could not explain. I hope this helps anyone who reads it , dont make the same mistake I and other shops in Longmont made, do not do business with these people they are awful."
