But what definitely made the difference was the attention we received. They were very patient in showing us all the options. Katheryn was very kind in listening to my concerns about whether my daughter would grow and if it would not fit her by May. She was also very charismatic in explaining the care of the dress and how we can make it look according to my expectations. The service that my daughter and I received was truly excellent. It was worth the long drive from my house to the store."

"Great experience as a bride with 6 bridesmaids plus my mom. I got to try on several dresses & the stylist did not rush me. She took great care of me. Plus I get to add the pop of purple I want during alterations. I got to ring the bell and take photos with the sign. Now all my bridesmaids get to order a dress in the same color but were able to try on the styles first. Orders take 2-4 months to arrive. Highly recommended."

"It is definitely nothing like what you see in the shows! Most of the dresses I added to my list from the website were not available, and then when I found a dress I liked I was concerned about the chest area and almost didn’t get it but decided I’d figure something out. Thank God I did because after I decided on it the sales gal finally told me some options I had for it! Prob could have saved me from trying on 5 other dresses and feeling torn. I just didn’t feel she was very knowledgeable. Also had to wait for about 30 minutes after my appointment time. Alterations is extremely overpriced as well! I was charged $40 for them to tighten the halter clips when one was already broken! Alterations also put this tull in the chest area without confirming and it was super itchy the day off. Had alterations let me try it on for more than 30 seconds I probably would have noticed prior to the wedding. At the end of the day though, I did love my dress!"
