"Poor quality clothing and cheap gimmicks from China and unhelpful, rude store manager. The clothing is stitched TERRIBLY and I noticed after purchasing (since they lack fitting rooms) and I was told specifically by the store employee I could return anything IF the tags are still on it. I brought back two items to return and the unbelievably rude store manager REFUSED to accept the return. I have NEVER had that happen in my life. She said the shirt "had hair on it therefore we can't take it back"... so a stray hair prevents a poorly constructed shirt from being returned? She even commented on the 579 bag it was in about it being DIRTY when there was a drip of cheese from the Korean Corn Dog place in the mall. The shirt is PERFECTLY clean and I will never step foot in this store again and I would highly not recommend shopping here. It is like "Wish" in a store. Nothing is of good quality, or even decent. If you want a $7 shirt that's half sewn, heavy on one side, misshapen and will probably fall apart the 2nd time you wear it (if you're lucky to get 2 wears), then this is your store!! Also, there's ONE employee running the entire store so good luck checking our at all, if you care to wait the 15-20min. I have never heard of a refund policy that says "NO REFUNDS IF THERE IS A STRAY HAIR!!" This store is just trying to penny pinch. Don't go. It is a waste of time"

"Poor management went there today bought a jacket for my sis and before we left the store I realized it’s the wrong price (plus a little torn) so I asked 4 a refund and cashier and “manager” was giving me attitude. Please be professional dear life is 2 short to not realize how lucky u r to get this job. hope u will read this not gonna mention ur name because it’s not worth it u will know who u r. I visited on may 11 around 4pm"

"I went in today. It’s like walking through a corn maze of clothes . I couldn’t walk through the store without getting my clothing or hair stuck in the amount of racks.. and customer service was terrible. The girls in there were unprofessional, catty and rude. Only good thing is the prices"

"This 579 Store has the worst management and customer service. All the workers are rude and unprofessional. They need to learn more customer service skills starting with the manager. They talk to you like they are better than you! They have no respect for others! I was going to buy a few dresses but I will never go in there again! Others stores are a lot better and they greeted me when I arrived and also ask if I needed anything."
