"What a treat! I had been referred to Shelly by my partner, who practices a similar style (basically a variation based on Orthobionomy), so I knew it would be good for me. Shelly is great. She has a calming, sweet personality, while being very thorough and precise in her technique. The 60 minute session is fully clothed and on a very comfortable massage table. As I relaxed, she quickly found my misalignments, inflammation, and all of my aches. I felt the little pops, releases, and improved blood flow as she made her way through each area. My ankle, wrist and finger have been giving me some grief for a while. Immediately after my session, my limbs and joints were feeling liberated and alive again.
